Lee was referred to us by a very reputable businessman and friend. Throughout this year we have learned of Lee's significant skills, knowledge level, professional manner and practical experience. All are superior and exceeded our expectations. From the start we were impressed with her manner of educating us relating to the many complexities and challenges of downsizing from a large 5 bedroom house where we lived, raised our wonderful family and "accumulated things" for 48 consecutive years. Lee guided us so meaningfully through the entire project with such strong commitment and compassion for us. I vetted multiple agents before selling my property, and Lee made the selection process an easy one as her level of research and preparation went above and beyond what other agents presented me with initially.
This professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail carried through the entire listing and sale process. I had a fair amount of work to do on my property, and Lee was the ideal partner in helping me plan, prioritize, and schedule the work. Coordination and communication were a breeze throughout, as Lee was very responsive and always keeping me updated on the listing process, and what I should anticipate in the days and weeks moving forward.
Lee did a phenomenal job with staging my home and positioning us for sale based on comps in the area. The strategy and approach were were carefully thought out based on many different factors which she took the time to explain and discuss with me. We were able to close the following month on a very compressed timeline, a difficult task that she handled expertly.
